Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled for services booked through MountTVHub. It applies to any advance payment or booking amount collected in connection with a confirmed service.
1. Cancellations Before the Appointment
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a partial deduction to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
2. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule an appointment by emailing us at least 24 hours in advance, at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not require a refund, as the original booking amount is carried forward to the new appointment date.
3. Refunds for Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Work
If a booked installation cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control, or if the work does not match the agreed scope, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a free corrective visit or a partial/full refund depending on the nature of the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Work already completed as per the agreed scope of service.
- Inability to complete installation due to site conditions not disclosed at the time of booking (e.g. unsafe wall structure, inaccessible location).
- Customer no-show at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice.
- Change of mind after the service has been fully carried out.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation, rescheduling or refund, email us at Info@mounttvhub.online with your booking details. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
